Who we are…

Intercede Communication was founded by Steve Outhouse.

Steve has worked in communications alongside leaders in the Canadian federal government for over 20 years, as both a public servant and exempt political staff member.

He also ventured into the not-for-profit sector, as the Executive Pastor of a church in the Ottawa area, and has held volunteer roles related to refugee relocation and sports programming for children.

With his unique combination of experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors, over two decades of leadership experience and a mission to support difference-makers, Steve has built a team at Intercede uniquely designed to help you navigate challenging times, and deliver clear messages.
